The reefs are YOURS to fish using -- hook-and-line and spear!   

Who says so?

Is it possible for the state of NJ lose money if commercial gear denies access to hook-and-line and spear anglers? Yes!

Is it possible that the state would have to repay the Federal government for all the years it is has been out of compliance with the Sport Fish Restoration Act? Yes!

The reefs belong to the people, not to Trenton or a select few. It's time our legislators returned to people what is rightfully theirs.
